Materials

Oak-plank flooring, a walnut-look media console and shelving, woven burgundy upholstery with a knitted throw, a jute area rug, terracotta planters and glass balustrade beyond.

Sectioning

Open-plan living oriented to the view: the corner sofa faces the balcony glazing, a low media wall closes one side and an open bookshelf zone the other, with potted plants softening the window threshold.
